If you have statutory health insurance, please contact your health insurance company. They will send us a so-called M10 notification electronically. It is essential that you inform the health insurance company of our sender ID number H0000556. If you are privately insured or have civil servant status, please contact a statutory health insurance company to obtain an insurance obligation exemption. Only statutory health insurance companies can confirm your insurance status to us electronically in the form of an M10 notification. It is essential that you state our sender ID number H0000556.

If you currently have foreign health insurance, please also contact a statutory health insurance company in Germany.

No. If you did not enter the payment reference in full, it is not a problem. We can still allocate your payment manually. However, this manual process takes longer. Please be patient.

No. Your HHU card will be produced and sent out automatically several weeks after your enrolment. Please be patient.
